The location was marvellous, close to a department store. All the staff was super friendly and excellent. The hotel room was huge and reasonably large.
The staff - some of them were very rude.

A quiet refuge located just minutes away from the bustling Shibuya crossing. The hotel is nestled on a tranquil side street, offering a peaceful stay amidst the chaos of the city. The room was spacious by Japanese standards, providing ample space to relax and unwind. Additionally, the helpful staff lent us umbrellas during a rainy day, showcasing their attentiveness to guests' needs. Plenty of small restaurants, bars, and a delightful coffee shop were conveniently located nearby. The coffee in the room was a bonus, ensuring a good start to the day. Despite my initial apprehension about the distance from the station, it turned out to be an easy and manageable walk. Being close to the station also made it convenient to catch the early Narita Express.

We loved our room, the staff and the fact you could easily walk to great restaurants and Harajuku wasn't too far either

Their wireless was flawless, important since I was there two days on business. That it's in walking distance of the station was great too.
The room wan't very large, and the TV was crap, to put it in clear terms.

The hotel was always clean and tidy, the staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were very quiet and there was plently of space for us to stow our bags. The room was bigger than I thought it was going to be. It was close to the main shopping district of Shibuya. Overall we found it a very good hotel and would stay there again if we were to return.
The hotel was quiet hard to find on our first day due to so many little streets, but was easy to move back and forth from once we had found it.

Clean, quiet, and super close to shopping and a fun foreigners standing bar is just around the corner.

The hotel was conveniently situated, close to popular shopping, eateries and other tourist attractions. The hotel staff were very hospitable and always eager to offer assistance when needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would expect from a decent hotel.
The experience was marred by the lack of key-card access to the rooms. It was quite an inconvenience having to leave the room keys at the front desk whenever we stepped out of the hotel.

This hotel is unbeatable when it comes to its location, as it's situated near everything, yet in a very quiet neighborhood. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a big enough bed. The staff is also very friendly, and the breakfast is quite elaborate with options of Japanese and western style. You can enjoy a hot shower with great water pressure, and the WiFi is very reliable.
You have to return your key to the staff each time you leave the hotel, which can be an inconvenience.
